1. Choose date, nominate convener, moderator, scribe for next meeting.

   1. October 18th was proposed, but it appeared too many people would be absent. However, the group didn't want to wait until the usual date, which would have been November 1. So October 25 was adopted as a compromise.

2. Administrative: Delegations.

   1. Chris has not responded to email from Alan asking when he's available to talk about this issue. Jonathan was drafted to contact Chris Sander.

   2. Alan is looking at BFO and FUGO, mulling possibility of capping BioPAX with some upper level ontology

6. OWLED Paper: A Semantic Critique of BioPAX (Alan, Jonathan, Jeremy) [n.b. title has changed since this meeting - JAR 2006-10-19]

   1. There is a sense that it's not being updated

   2. Andrea was asked to make specific suggestions regarding required changes to web site for discussion and possible approval at next meeting.
